Many connotations come to mind within the mention of ID. Leaving aside Freudian psychoanalysis, and the concept of Intelligent design, the ninja would like to emphasize on identity, as visual (personal or corporate) one. The idea behing ID is the ideogram – a graphic symbol that represents an idea or concept, independent of any particular language, and specific words or phrases. Not excluding the related term logogram, of course, where, totally opposite, a character or symbol represents a word or phrase. Both incorporated in the ID symbol top left on this site.
The idea behind Ninja – the positive superhuman/supernatural powers sometimes associated with in popular culture. You know, when a ninja can fly, shapeshift, become invisible or have control over the five classical elements… Or otherwise to facilitate in real tactics the right way a brand strategy and identity; to plan, implement and monitor the social media strategy, where to apply best practices and technologies.
